Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Candidates will be responsible for maintenance on hydraulic presses, Fanuc robots, various assembly machines, conveyor lines, and air handling equipment. Responsibilities Maintaining pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, gears, drives, AC/DC, pumps, gearboxes, motor controls, electronic systems, light systems, rigging, and various other secondary equipment. Perform general building maintenance on boilers, HVAC units, plumbing, light ballast, and other maintenance tasks. Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding, as well as reading blueprints and schematics. Electrical troubleshooting from 24v AC/DC up to 480v single phase and three phase, and PLC troubleshooting. Address breakdowns through work orders on a CMMS and follow a PM schedule. Monitor equipment performance and ensure continuous operation of lines. Work on SMP presses and install new equipment as needed. Work Environment Shifts: 2nd shift (2pm-10pm, 3 openings) and 3rd shift (10pm-6am, 4 openings). Direct hire position with pay rate of $38.80/hr, with differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
