Our Admissions & Marketing Coordinator is often one of the first connections a resident or family makes with our facility. From working with hospital case managers and referral partners to giving facility tours and coordinating the details of a new admission, you’ll help make the transition into long-term care or rehabilitation as smooth and welcoming as possible. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced role that blends healthcare, relationship building, marketing, organization, and problem-solving. Position Overview The Admissions & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the facility's admission process while developing referral relationships and marketing initiatives that support census goals. You’ll serve as an important liaison between the facility, hospitals, referral sources, residents, families, and the surrounding community. What You'll Do Coordinate the admission process from referral through arrival Provide facility tours to prospective residents and families Complete and coordinate required admission paperwork Verify insurance and gather necessary financial and clinical information Communicate with hospital discharge planners and case managers Assist with clinical assessments using nursing knowledge when applicable Evaluate potential admissions to help ensure appropriate placement Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other referral sources Monitor census activity and help identify opportunities for growth Conduct market research and recommend marketing strategies Coordinate facility marketing and community outreach efforts Represent the facility at community and civic events Evaluate resident and family satisfaction with the admission experience Maintain strong communication with facility leadership and the Admissions Committee Who We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who can connect with people and follow through on the details.
