DIPS – UX Designer I DIPS utvikler vi teknologien som driver norsk helsevesen fremover. Hos oss designer du ikke “nice to have”-funksjonalitet. Du designer systemer helsepersonell er avhengige av hver eneste dag. Å designe for kliniske systemer er noe annet enn å designe apper. Du brukertester med fagfolk som har 20 års erfaring og sterke meninger. Du fasiliterer workshops med mennesker som kan domenet bedre enn noen andre. Du må forstå hva som skjer i krysningspunktet mellom arbeidsflyt og regelverk. Du bruker Figma og designsystem aktivt, men minst like viktig er evnen til å stille de riktige spørsmålene. Hos oss er det deg . Vi i DIPS designer for øyeblikket hvor ting bare flyter, og hvor helsearbeideren kan gjøre jobben sin uten å tenke på hvorfor det var enkelt.
