Senior Financial Analyst

CR Fletcher is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a client company in the Syracuse area. Working on a team, this role supports all areas of the business with financial planning and reporting in addition to providing analytics to improve decision making and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple business divisions on budgeting, forecasting and long range planning
• Produce/distribute reports and ensure financial accuracy
• Provide analytics and insight to department leaders
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts with senior leadership
• Provide value-added improvements throughout the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience
• Experience and knowledge of databases
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
