Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this on-site role, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions under the direction of an OT to improve safety, functional independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting in the EMR, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and educating patients and caregivers.
