Job Description

Operations Supervisor

Seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and drive productivity, safety, and quality. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, managing workflow, ensuring on-time shipping and receiving, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:30 PM, plus two Saturdays per month (6:30 AM-12:00 PM)

Pay: $25-$28/hr + overtime

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise 10-20 warehouse associates and coordinate daily workloads
Ensure shipping, receiving, and inventory activities are completed accurately and on time
Maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement efforts
Monitor facility, equipment, and supply needs
Promote and enforce workplace safety policies
Train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders
Track performance, productivity, and operational metrics
Deliver excellent customer service and operational support

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; some college preferred
1-2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Comfortable using tablets and warehouse technology
Forklift experience is a plus
