My State Farm journey began as a team member, where I worked my way toward agency ownership. State Farm has also always been part of my family - my mom was a State Farm agent as well. Outside of work, I’m a former Division I volleyball athlete and have been married for 19 years with two daughters. My athletic background has played a big role in the competitive, team-oriented approach I bring to the agency. Giving back is at the heart of what we do. I founded Impact 249, a nonprofit focused on serving our local community, and our team stays involved throughout the year. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Manager for Caley Baillio - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
