Act as a vision expert, offering tailored eyewear advice that fits each customer’s lifestyle. Learn and grow through hands‑on training and collaboration with experienced professionals. Collaborate with team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment. Create a welcoming store atmosphere by keeping the space clean, organized, and visually appealing. Foster inclusion and respect for all customers and colleagues. What We’re Looking For Passion for customer service with retail experience a plus. Sales savvy and ability to engage customers and drive sales. Tech‑savvy & detail‑oriented, comfortable using technology to enhance the customer experience. Fashion forward, with a keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends. Self‑motivated & adaptable, thriving in a fast‑paced environment and eager to learn. Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $17.98 per hour.
