Client Services Support Analyst - Telework Hybrid

Job Description and Duties

This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento.

The Security Operations Center (SOC) is seeking a highly motivated team member for its Network Operations Unit. Under the direction of the Information Technology {IT) Manager I, the IT Associate is responsible for client services, including but not limited to, mainframe maintenance and support (e.g., TSO, ISPF and Endeavor); monitoring the availability and security of DMV's information assets, systems and infrastructure, and providing immediate resolutions and/or escalation processes; and providing Enterprise Service Desk support during non-business hours.

Working Conditions

Part-time telework available. Telework requires California residency. This position offers hybrid telework opportunities; however, telework arrangements are subject to change at any time based on State & departmental operational needs. Employees may be required to report to the office as necessary.

This position is for a Graveyard shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. This position is for a five-day workweek. SOC operates under 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
