Compounding Lab Pharmacy Technician/Lab Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented pharmacy professional who enjoys hands-on work and wants to be part of something a little different? Our Compounding Lab is looking for a Pharmacy Technician/Lab Assistant to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing

• Create compounded medications
• Prepare pain creams, hormone creams, individual compounds, STAT orders, and more
• Fill prescriptions from our prepared batches
• Keep refills moving and respond to refill requests
• Enter prescription orders accurately
• Label, lot, and document compounds using DYMO labels, log sheets, and refill records
• Answer phones and help keep the lab running smoothly
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready for the next compound
• Follow USP <795> , company policies, and established compounding procedures
• Continue learning and building your compounding skills through ongoing training

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of pharmacy experience preferred
• Registered Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Someone who takes pride in getting the details just right!
