Healthcare Business Development Director (Payer)

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Development Director with 5+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience and direct relationships with healthcare payers/health plans . The ideal candidate will have experience selling healthcare technology, SaaS, consulting, or interoperability solutions and a strong understanding of FHIR, APIs, prior authorization, payer-provider data exchange, and CMS interoperability initiatives . This role requires the ability to independently build pipeline, manage complex full-cycle sales, and develop strategic payer and partner relationships. Required Skills: Healthcare Enterprise Sales: 5+ years in healthcare sales, business development, consulting sales, strategic account management, or health-tech sales. Payer/Health Plan Sales: Direct sales experience with health plans, managed care, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Blues, or other healthcare payers . Healthcare Technology: Experience selling healthcare technology, SaaS, consulting, professional services, or interoperability solutions . Interoperability: Strong understanding of FHIR, APIs, prior authorization, payer-provider data exchange, CMS interoperability, and HIE/data exchange . Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales: Proven experience managing prospecting through discovery, proposal, negotiation, contracting, and handoff to delivery . Pipeline Development: Ability to independently build pipeline, generate leads, manage sales funnels, and develop strategic partnerships/channel relationships . Executive Sales Skills: Strong presentation, discovery, negotiation, executive communication, CRM, sales intelligence, automation, and AI tool experience; willing to travel for customer meetings and healthcare conferences. #J-18808-Ljbffr Accede LLC
