Job TitleIntralot, Inc. is engaged in the supply of integrated gaming and transaction processing systems, innovative game content and value added services to state licensed gaming organizations. Based on its extensive know how, advanced product development standards and substantial experience in operating lottery games, Intralot, Inc. offers custom-made integrated solutions, which ensure maximum efficiency and absolute security. Games Library includes more than 400 types of games: Numerical Lotteries, TV Lottery Games, Sports Lotteries, Fixed Odds Betting, Instant Lotteries, Pari-mutuel, Video Lottery and Monitor Games.ResponsibilitiesTrack technician location to determine most efficient trouble and installation assignmentAnalyze, evaluate, and report traffic and performance data.Provide technical support to customers and call center personnelDispatch FST based on retailer service requestsPrioritize calls according to urgency and importanceUse phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locationsMonitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their scheduleProvide field units with information about requests, traffic, obstacles and requirementsEnter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other informationRequirementsHigh School diploma required. Associate's degree desired.1-3 years relevant working experienceCandidates should possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.
