What We're Looking For:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP CCC) with ASHA certification
• Well-grounded clinical experience working in pediatric or school-based settings
• Deep understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders across pediatric populations
• Confidence collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Professionalism, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and young adults
• Deliver direct therapy and intervention for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and social communication needs
• Communicate progress and strategies with families, caregivers, and team members
• Participate in multidisciplinary discussions and contribute to a supportive care plan
• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with clinic guidelines
