Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

- Implementing various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the specific preferences and requirements of each patient. \n
- Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. \n
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. \n
- Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews, fostering a collaborative approach to enhance care quality. \n
- Providing ongoing education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources. \n
- Staying abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices to continuously enhance clinical skills and service delivery. \n
In this role, you will work primarily with patients undergoing hospice care, facing complex mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that these individuals receive compassionate, culturally competent support that addresses their unique emotional and psychological needs during critical phases of their lives. Your work will significantly contribute to improving patient outcomes by enhancing their quality of life, emotional stability, and family dynamics.
Qualifications\nTo be considered for this important role, candidates must possess:

- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Illinois. \n
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly focusing on providing psychotherapy services. \n
- Proficiency in various solution-based psychotherapy methodologies and techniques. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with diverse patient populations. \n
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. \n

In addition to the required qualifications, preference will be given to candidates with:
