Compensation Details Hourly Rate: $16.90 - $17.90 Commission Details Exempt : Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass. Paid bi‑weekly. Non‑Exempt : Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. Paid bi‑weekly. Minimum Qualifications At least 16 years old Available to work various shifts Excellent customer service skills Energetic and enthusiastic personality Essential Job Functions and Work Environment Lift or carry objects weighing 0‑50 lbs during shift. Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shift. Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co‑workers. Work in an environment with flashing/flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
