Job Description Job Description 3PL Forklift Operator (La Porte, TX) We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator for a 3PL warehouse operation in La Porte, TX . ⚠️ REQUIREMENT (NON-NEGOTIABLE): Candidates must have prior experience working in a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse environment . This is required for consideration. In this role, the Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling, moving, loading, and unloading materials within a fast-paced logistics operation. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-oriented, and experienced in high-volume warehouse environments. Schedule & Pay: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Overtime available as needed Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: Operate forklift and material handling equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments Move, stack, and stage materials within the warehouse Perform daily equipment checks and report safety issues immediately Maintain accurate inventory handling and follow all warehouse procedures Support general warehouse operations as needed This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 3PL warehouse professional seeking steady hours, overtime availability, and a stable long-term opportunity in a structured logistics environment.
