Overview Customer Success Manager - Media and Ad Ops Location: Remote About Us: We’re a growing ad tech company building innovative, ad experiences that help brands reach targeted audiences while rewarding users across a network of publishers' paywalls. As we scale, we’re looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our lean, high-output team. Role Overview You’ll serve as the connective tissue between our brand clients and internal teams. You’ll manage campaigns from end-to-end, ensuring flawless setup, tracking, optimization, and reporting. You’ll troubleshoot in real time, maintain relationships with advertisers, and contribute to the overall performance and reliability of our ad platform. What You’ll Do Serve as the main point of contact for assigned advertisers Handle ad trafficking, QA, collect/validate creative assets, facilitate delivery of custom ad specs, upload creative assets into our proprietary platform / CMS, and serve as single point of contact for all things related to campaign setup Monitor live campaigns, proactively troubleshoot delivery or tracking issues, and report on campaign performance / pacing Own reporting: pull data, analyze performance together with sales, and deliver insights and recommendations Collaborate with internal product, tech, and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery Document processes and help improve internal systems and client onboarding Who You Are 3+ years experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or digital client success roles Strong grasp of ad serving platforms and tagging/tracking (pixels, VAST, etc.) Analytical thinker with solid Excel/Sheets skills and extremely strong attention to detail Comfortable managing clients and explaining technical concepts Proactive problem-solver: You don’t wait to be told something’s broken Highly organized, responsive, and able to juggle multiple campaigns at once Startup experience or comfort in fast-paced, ever-changing environments Nice-to-Have Experience with different ad formats (video, email, display, rich media, downloads etc.) Familiarity with MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer) or attribution tools Basic understanding of HTML, Figma and HubSpot Experience or understanding of basic graphic design tools (Photoshop) Why Join Us?
