Senior Network Infrastructure Architect

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 8 or more years in progressively senior network infrastructure architecture positions.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• An M.Tech, M.S., or MBA in Technology Management is strongly preferred.
• We are looking for proven experience in enterprise-scale IT transformation, architecture governance, and infrastructure modernization.
• We need demonstrated leadership in creating and rolling out strategic infrastructure technology roadmaps and standards across complex global environments.
• We require deep expertise in architectural risk mitigation, IT policy compliance, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• We need strong capability to influence executive leadership and guide architecture decisions at the enterprise level.

• We provide architectural leadership for long-term strategic infrastructure technology programs and planning.
• We use research subscriptions and other technical resources, including blogs, podcasts, webinars, and conferences, to deepen our knowledge base.
• We design, plan, and define technology roadmaps, reference architectures, implementation architectures, and proof-of-concept prototypes.
• We ensure complex solutions support architecture objectives such as availability, scalability, performance, and security.
• We monitor implementation work to make sure architecture and design principles are followed.
• We take part in governance discussions and contribute expertise to critical decision-making.
• We communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
• We oversee enterprise-wide projects and initiatives and ensure delivery activities remain aligned with architecture standards.
• We build strong relationships with IT leaders, architects, and technical specialists.
• We partner with senior management and specialists to advance architectural solutions and maintain infrastructure availability and support.
• We provide thought leadership on the competitive landscape and business strategy to inform architectural decisions.
• We manage projects and reduce the risks associated with introducing new architecture and technology enhancements.
• We ensure best practices are followed and IT project teams comply with IT governance policies and procedures.
• We contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned.
• We act as the principal subject matter expert and authoritative voice on infrastructure architecture, shaping enterprise standards, policies, and strategic technology direction.
• We drive strategic analysis of integration, compatibility, and performance goals across multi-platform environments.
• We lead the development and evolution of enterprise infrastructure architecture frameworks by mapping dependencies across IT systems, platforms, and transmission networks.
• We evaluate infrastructure design options with a focus on scalability, resilience, total cost of ownership, and long-term return on investment.
