Name - Washington County, MNLocation - Central Yard Waste Site: 14386 Hudson Road S, Afton, MN 55001; North Yard Waste Site: 6065 Headwaters Parkway, Forest Lake, MN 55025Duration of the project - Project Start Date - Project End Date - Due date for Resume submission - 9/10/2026No. of Openings - 1 - No. of Maximum Submissions - 1Job Description - Manage the client account and contractor-managed day-to-day staffing and operational services for two onsite yard waste facilities; serve as the primary point of contact for client staff.Min. 5-7 years of experience- Plan schedules and coverage; supervise/coordinate qualified attendants, consistent assignments, substitutions, and staffing changes.Coordinate pre-opening/client training and ensure staff follow site procedures for residency verification, acceptable-material/load screening, traffic flow, customer service, safe unloading, opening/closing, and documentation.Oversee safe, efficient operations, customer wait times, escalated customer situations, housekeeping/litter control, and site security.Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance, MNOSHA/Employee Right-to-Know, client Operations Manual/policies, required background screening, data/privacy, and IT-access requirements.Maintain/verify resident driver's-license scan data, employee timesheets, daily opening/closing checklists, dump-trailer permit applications, and forms of attesting.Report operational, safety, compliance, property-damage, spill, or other reportable incidents to the client within 24 hours and coordinate follow-up/corrective action.Coordinate optional loader/heavy-equipment service when authorized, ensuring an appropriately trained/qualified operator and compliant equipment are available.Skill set info - Onsite workforce/facility-operations management; staff scheduling and absence coverage; client/account communication; training coordination; customer-service escalation; traffic flow and load/material screening; environmental/health/safety compliance; incident response and 24-hour reporting; housekeeping/litter-control oversight; operational records/timesheets/checklists; security, privacy, and data-handling compliance. Prior yard waste/recycling experience is not required if comparable operational experience is demonstrated.Education - Any BachelorsCertifications (if required)Documentation Required for submission - Current resume clearly showing relevant account/project management, onsite staffing/operations, customer service, safety/compliance, training, scheduling/coverage, reporting, and client-communication experience.Work Hours - Onsite; availability must support client operating schedules, including weekday/weekend operations and pre-opening/post-closing duties. Summer: Apr 1-Nov 30; Winter: Dec 1-Mar 31.
