Description Application Deadline: 28 September 2026 Date of Issue: 15 September 2026 ++Vacancy Notification Circular No. KCC2609037++ Recruitment Associate Rank: Executive Assistant II Department / Cluster: Cluster Human Resources Division, Kowloon Central Cluster Pay: HK$20,159 to HK$24,503 per month Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. Key Responsibilities: Organize and proactively liaise with internal and external parties via phone call, chat and email for end-to-end recruitment service, including posting job advertisement, sourcing quality candidates, reviewing candidate job applications, conducting interviews, recommending potential candidates, offer confirmation and contract signing, etc. Assist in different recruitment project and mass recruitment activities, e.g., job fair. 3 Assist in formulating, implementing HR recruitment strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the end-to-end recruitment process. Assist in collecting and analyzing data for management reporting. Handle requests and ad hoc enquiries related to Recruitment and Appointment. Provide daily support on HR functions / meetings. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Entry Requirements: University Graduates. Preferable Attributes/Exposure: Experience and training in Human Resources Management. Experience in Recruitment and Appointment Good knowledge of human resources-related ordinances. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Good command of MS Office, including MS WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-minded, well organized and able to work independently. The service of Queen Elizabeth Hospital will be transferred to the Kai Tak Hospital in phases starting from year 2026.
