Bosun is seeking a Custom Home Construction Site Manager/Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day construction of multiple custom homes along Hilton Head Island and Bluffton. This full-time, field-based role requires hands-on leadership, organization, and a commitment to craftsmanship. You will travel between active sites, coordinate trades, review plans, and ensure work meets high standards.
