Responsibilities include preparing and monitoring patients during procedures, reporting abnormal findings, and ensuring radiation safety. Responsibilities Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests. Assist in all diagnostic and interventional procedures. Monitor patients throughout procedures. Apply radiation protection standards and maintain safeguards for patient and operator. Demonstrate knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and relevant pathologies to interpret examination requests accurately. Operate intravenous (IV) and dye injector pumps. Maintain accurate patient records. Use the McKesson PACS system. Requirements 1 year of recent acute‑care experience. BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) National Certification; state licensing as required. Vascular Interventional certificate preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. BLS, ARRT (VI), ARRT (R) National Certification, 2 years of experience (additional certifications may be required before assignment). Job ID #1430994.
