Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Must have outpatient PT experience
• BLS required

Assignment Details

• 13 week assignment
• At least 2 days scheduled 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Fridays scheduled 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• The other 2 days may be scheduled 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Patient population includes pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric
• Caseload of 50-60 patients per week
• Documentation system: NextGen
