Job Summary:
The Pharmacy Technician role involves supporting pharmacy operations through accurate medication preparation, patient data management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires precise documentation and teamwork to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical services.

Responsibilities:

• Process medication orders and verify accuracy in accordance with physician instructions.
• Prepare and dispense pharmaceuticals following established protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication administration and inventory records.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure proper patient medication management and reconciliation.
• Adhere to all state licensure requirements and regulatory compliance policies.
• Complete required training modules and stay updated on pharmacy best practices.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid pharmacy technician licensure and certification from AHA or American Red Cross.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience, with Epic experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Be available for required shifts, including every other weekend and holidays.
• Comply with background policies, including disclosure of any DUIs or background hits.
• Provide recent work history verification covering the past 7 years.
