CCC Parts is driven by a unique company culture that values knowledge, experience, and the importance of offering our customers an incomparable depth of product and application expertise.Customer Service/Warehouse AssociateFull-Time / Non-ExemptCustomer Service/Warehouse Associate is responsible for transactions relating to processing and receiving parts to and from customers with appropriate paperwork. This position will also act as a customer service representative by performing sales activities via phone and in-person interaction with wholesale customers.Key Responsibilities Include:· Generate pick-tickets and pick orders from the warehouse· Answer inbound calls to obtain sales orders from customers· Stage loading of trucks; load and/or unload trucks· Provide parts to the customer while maintaining appropriate paper-work bearing customer’s signature· Pickup parts to be returned to the store with appropriate paperwork bearing signatures as required from customer· Inquire as to customer needs as related to additional sales, services, etc.· Collect money from customers and record transactions on customer receipt· Record sales and deliveries information on daily sales or delivery records· Maintain routine maintenance on truck and keep truck clean inside and out· Unpack received parts and place parts on proper shelves in proper place· Stock and organize shelves and cores· Perform other assigned tasks/responsibilities, as neededSuccessful Candidates Will Have:· High School Diploma or equivalent· Heavy duty truck or automotive parts knowledge/experience· Excellent communication (oral & written)· Customer service oriented· Ability to operate power industrial equipment (e.g. fork lifts, etc.)FleetPride is the leader in the industry comprised of retail, service, distribution and wholesale divisions.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #J-18808-Ljbffr
