Job Title: RN - Operating Room (OR)

Location: Newark, DE

Assignment: Travel | 13 Weeks | 40 hrs/week

Shift & Schedule:

Combination of 8 & 12-hour shifts
Evenings: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
No block scheduling (schedule based on unit needs)
1 weekend per 4 weeks
No holiday requirement

Summary:
Seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse with strong circulating and scrubbing skills. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform both scrub and circulate duties (required)
Provide perioperative nursing care and ensure patient safety
Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
Maintain sterile environment and adhere to OR protocols
Document care and assist with pre/post-operative processes

Requirements:

Active DE RN License or Compact License (in hand)
Minimum 2 years of OR experience (no exceptions)
Previous travel experience required
Must be able to scrub & circulate
Provide all compliance details at submission (RTO, certs, etc.)

Additional Details:

Call: 1 shift per 4 weeks (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) 1-2 PRN shifts
Floating required within acuity
Max 3 days RTO allowed
