Data Solutions Senior Manager

We are seeking a Senior Data Solutions Manager to lead the development and delivery of data-driven solutions that support business decision-making. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to design dashboards, reports, and analytics that drive measurable improvements in performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to identify data and reporting needs
- Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions
- Lead data initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to support integrated data solutions
- Communicate insights and business value to stakeholders at all levels
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Data & Analytics
- 3+ years supporting ERP-related data products for Marketing, Finance, HR, or Legal functions within a CPG environment
- Proven track record of driving business KPI improvements through analytics
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Business Objects, and Analysis for Office
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA experience (CDS Views, BTP, SAC, Fiori)
- SAP ECC/BW/HANA knowledge
- Experience with Python, predictive analytics, and Generative AI
Required Industry Experience
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience is mandatory
