GDOT Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities Operate computer and peripheral equipment under general supervision. Perform clerical and maintenance tasks supporting a mainframe computer complex or other large centralized IT system. Manage programs/projects for contract administration within GDOT's procurement department, taking over project(s) for all departments’ contract administration in conjunction with 1–2 staff members. Process routine tasks and review any changes or upcoming contract end dates. Work on a hybrid schedule; must be available to come to the office 1–2 days a week onsite when required. Absences >2 weeks must be approved by CAI management in advance; contact information must be provided during absence. The Client may dismiss the resource if the agreed return date is not met. Assignment is contingent upon customer renewal and adequate funding. Expected to start engagement within 2 weeks (10 business days) from client's selection date. Qualifications Proven work experience with Microsoft Office Suite (minimum 3 years required). Procurement experience (minimum 1 year desired). Ability to learn and use new systems.
