PCU Registered Nurses - Take Charge of Your Schedule!Shifts Available: 7 AM - 7 PM & 7 PM - 7 AM

PCU RN Qualifications- Active RN License in Virginia
- At least 2 years of recent PCU nursing experience within the last 4 years
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Current AHA ACLS certification
- QuantiFERON-TB Gold test completed within the past 12 months
- COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical/religious exemption
- Additional credentials may be necessary depending on facility requirements
As a PCU RN with our organization, you will deliver exceptional patient care in acute-care hospital settings. Your duties may include:
- Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions
- Tracking cardiac rhythms and changes in patient status
- Administering medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Adhering to facility infection-control and patient-safety protocols
- Educating patients and families about care and discharge plans
- Adapting professionally to various hospital units and environments
