Contract Specialist, Ground Transportation

We are seeking a detail-oriented sourcing and contracts professional to support a global Ground Transportation program in Miami. This position will focus on reducing a backlog of expired, expiring, incomplete, and informal vendor agreements. The specialist will support the preparation, remediation, tracking, and execution of MSAs, SOWs, amendments, extensions, renewals, and related contract documentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and update vendor agreements, SOWs, amendments, extensions, and related documents Coordinate contract review and execution with vendors, Legal, Finance, Risk, Operations, and internal stakeholders Track contract expirations, renewals, approvals, signatures, and outstanding documentation Gather and validate vendor spend, pricing, and contract coverage information Maintain accurate contract records, trackers, and status reports Help identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and agreements requiring immediate attention Support contract governance, compliance, and audit readiness What We Are Looking For Experience in sourcing, procurement, contract administration, or vendor management Hands‑on experience supporting MSAs, SOWs, amendments, renewals, or vendor agreements Strong Excel, data validation, and documentation skills Ability to manage a high volume of contracts and follow‑ups Strong communication and cross‑functional coordination skills Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through Experience in travel, hospitality, transportation, logistics, or a global organization is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Synergy Business Consulting, Inc.
