We are currently seeking a IT Project Manager - ONSITE to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).Day to Day Responsibilities: Manage each project’s scope and timeline Reporting metrics, project updates Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Coach team members in Agile frameworks Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur Help teams implement changes effectively Ensure deliverables are up to quality stand Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it Minimum Requirements: 7+ years' experience in a Project Management 5+ yrs experience of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) 5+ yrs of experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) Preferred Skills: Familiarity with software development Excellent communication and leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field PMP/Scrum master certification is a plus ADO skills NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $96,492 – 144,738. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
