Fabricator / MIG Welder
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dependable Fabricator / MIG Welder to join our team. This position is responsible for welding, fabricating, fitting, and assembling metal components according to specifications.The ideal candidate will have hands-on MIG welding and fabrication experience, the ability to read measurements and basic fabrication drawings, and experience safely operating common shop tools and equipment.Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components and assemblies.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and measurements.
• Measure, cut, grind, drill, and prepare metal materials for welding and assembly.
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality, accuracy, and proper fit.
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, saws, drills, and other shop equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate measurements throughout the fabrication process.
• Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Perform additional fabrication and shop duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding and metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately read measurements and basic fabrication drawings.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to safely lift and handle materials as required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.

Compensation$18.00-$24.00 per hourStarting pay will be determined based on the candidate's welding/fabrication experience and demonstrated skill level.
