Litigation Associate Attorney

Job overview A law firm seeks a litigation associate attorney in Cleveland, OH. Draft complaints, answers, and manage discovery processes. Prepare witnesses, take and defend depositions, and conduct motion practice. Prepare for trials, conduct trials, and handle appellate work. Requirements Admitted to practice law in Ohio. 5+ years of litigation experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law, or representing governmental organizations in civil matters. Demonstrated dedication and hard work in prior roles. Experience with Microsoft operating systems and sophisticated software. Availability during business hours, evenings, and weekends for client meetings. Excellent personal skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
