Community Social Worker: Adult Care & Safeguarding

Jewish Care is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Social Work and Community Support (SWCS) service. You will manage a complex caseload of approximately 35 cases (FTE), carrying out holistic assessments, developing person-centred support plans and delivering effective social work interventions. You will work with people experiencing a range of challenges to maintain independence and wellbeing. You will use professional judgment to assess risk, respond to referrals and safeguard as #J-18808-Ljbffr
