Assistant General Manager As an Assistant General Manager, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help ensure that your restaurant is at the top of its game. You will also focus on guest‑related metrics and guest engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. Partner with the General Manager to maintain restaurant performance. Focus on guest‑related metrics and enhance guest engagement. Champion change and drive continuous improvement. Engage with guests to enhance their experience. Qualifications Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience. General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation. Responsible alcohol service experience. Proficiency with safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and passion for training and developing your team.
