Dental Hygienist

Overview Position: Full-Time Dental Hygienist Schedule: Mon 8–5pm • Tue 8–5pm • Wed 8–7pm • Thu 8–7pm • Fri 8–2pm • Sat 8–2pm (2 Saturdays/month) Compensation: $45–$50/hr Location: Chester, OH We believe that a team aligned around exceptional patient care creates a positive environment for both patients and team members. What You’ll Do: Provide periodontal therapy and preventive care following all state dental board regulations. Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease prevention, and the connection between oral and systemic health. Document periodontal conditions and collaborate with the dentist to determine appropriate treatment plans. Partner with the team to maintain efficient schedules, deliver an exceptional patient experience, and ensure the practice and equipment remain in excellent condition. What We’re Looking For: Active Dental Hygiene license in good standing with the State Dental Board. 2+ years of experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education. Proficiency with dental software; Dentrix experience preferred.
