Investment Associate, Private Credit

Our client, a top Credit Fund with 5bn+ AUM is looking for an Investment Associate to add to their team. Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination of deal closings inclusive of negotiating credit agreements with external counsel The successful candidate will have an "investment mindset," a strong work ethic and the desire to develop further their career and expertise in financial services investing, research or investment banking. BDC or Direct Lending experience is beneficial Active monitoring of existing portfolio investments, including preparing quarterly updates for existing positions and opportunities under consideration Leading due diligence and documentation of primary, co-investment and opportunistic investments Supporting the senior investment team in all facets of the business including investment-related analysis, marketing and investor relations-related requests and various ad-hoc topics Monitoring clients' private markets investments and portfolios Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in a leveraged finance, investment banking, or commercial banking environment Strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other proprietary research software] CFA or parts passed highly preferred Note: Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
