Director, Quality Purification and Pharma Analytics

Thermo Fisher Scientific

Director-level quality leadership position within Thermo Fisher Scientific's Purification and Pharma Analytics division in Bedford, Massachusetts. Responsible for developing and executing quality strategy across multi-site operations while fostering a customer-focused quality culture aligned with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

Define and deploy quality strategy for product lines aligned with group and corporate objectives
Provide quality leadership and oversight across multi-site network operations
Lead quality issue resolution and communicate findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
Apply quality risk management methodologies to prevent failure modes affecting product supply
Conduct data analysis to identify quality problems and implement enterprise-level improvements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related discipline
10+ years pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience with regulated products
5+ years managing or leading multi-site organizations
Audit (ISO 13485) or regulatory inspection (FDA) management experience
Customer-facing experience in quality or related function
Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and build quality-focused organizations
