Senior AI Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for evaluating, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions across Microsoft Azure and third-party platforms. The specialist will build and deploy AI solutions leveraging Azure AI technologies, manage productivity AI tools such as Copilot for Microsoft 365, GitHub Copilot, and Copilot Studio, and establish an AI and Copilot Center of Excellence. The role requires close collaboration with business units to drive AI adoption, innovation, compliance, and responsible use of AI across the organization. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and compare AI tools within Microsoft Azure and from external vendors to identify best-fit solutions. Build, manage, and deploy AI solutions leveraging Azure AI technologies. Optimize the use of AI productivity tools including Copilot for Microsoft 365, GitHub Copilot, and Copilot Studio. Collaborate with business units to drive AI adoption, provide training, and deliver expert guidance. Establish and lead an AI and Copilot Center of Excellence to promote innovation and best practices. Monitor AI solution performance and make necessary adjustments for optimization. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends to enhance capabilities. Develop and enforce policies for security, compliance, and responsible AI practices. Lead evaluation and assessment of Azure AI Foundry and ensure integration with existing AI solutions. Provide training and support to end-users and administrators for AI tools and Microsoft 365 solutions. Integrate Copilot with Microsoft Exchange Online and SharePoint Online for enhanced productivity. Develop and enforce data retention, archiving, and eDiscovery policies in Exchange Online and SharePoint Online. Manage user identities, access governance, and enforce security policies. Administer and optimize Exchange Online and SharePoint Online for collaboration, compliance, and performance. Utilize Microsoft Purview for data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Monitor and report on the performance and usage of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Purview. Required Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft 365, AI tools evaluation, deployment, and management. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or related field. Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (Copilot for Microsoft 365, GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio). Proficiency in Python and C# for AI-driven solution development. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and deliver innovative AI solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Experience in establishing and leading a Center of Excellence or similar initiative (highly desirable).
