Logistics Manager (Bilingual Korean required)\n\nTimpl has partnered with a 1 tier supplier for a global automobile manufacture\nand is seeking for a Logistics Manager.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n\n * Shipping Management:\n\n * Oversee all shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing and\n delivery.\n\n * Conduct daily reviews of shipping checklists and delivery schedules.\n\nPersonnel Leadership:\n\nLead and manage the team, focusing on performance, behavior, and development.\n\nProvide ongoing training to team leaders and members, aligning their skills with\noperational needs.\n\nInventory Control:\n\nMonitor inventory levels closely, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal\nlevels.\n\nApprove and process daily inventory and return part reports.\n\nEmergency Reporting:\n\nAct as the first point of contact for emergency situations, reporting directly\nto the Manager.\n\nKey Duties:\n\n* Daily Reporting:\n\n* Compile and generate daily reports on issues, inventory status, and attendance\n records.\n\nTraining and Development:\n\nImplement training programs for new hires and existing team members, ensuring\nthat all personnel are equipped with the necessary skills.\n\nCommunication:\n\nMaintain open communication with the Liaison and provide regular updates to the\nManager on key issues.\n\nOperational Oversight:\n\nInspect loading processes to ensure compliance with company standards (e.g.,\nproper labeling, avoiding overloading).\n\nInvestigate and resolve any in-process or customer concerns, identifying root\ncauses and implementing corrective actions.\n\nQuality and Compliance:\n\nManage 3C5S standards, conduct regular audits, and address any discrepancies.\n\nCoordinate with the QC supervisor to manage and report on returned parts.\n\nAdditional Duties:\n\n* Procedure Development:\n\n* Create and refine operational procedures and instructions to improve\n efficiency and compliance.\n\nQualifications:\n\n* Education:\n\n* Bachelor's degree preferred.\n\nSkills:\n\nStrong organizational abilities with excellent documentation skills.\n\nBilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
