You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needsIdentifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventionsProvides care appropriate to condition and age of the patientPerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordCollaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.Applicants should have a current state RN license. Additional requirements include:Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferredBasic Life Support requiredACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.Experience preferred, but new grads welcomed to apply.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Participation in on-call rotation, including extended hours during the week, Weekend on-call coverageWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
