Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Pediatric and school-based experience strongly preferred
• Passion for supporting students across diverse backgrounds and ability levels
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Competence in utilizing assessment tools for a range of speech, language, and communication disorders

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K–12 students
• Develop individualized, evidence-based therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language pathology services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
