Ortho Neuro Spine Clinical Nurse Coordinator

HealthONE is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for its Ortho Neuro Spine service line in Denver. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee high-quality nursing care for orthopedic, neurologic, and spine patients while supporting a culture of excellence and compassion. You will function as a clinical resource for staff, assist with staffing and assignments, and collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, and therapists to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include monitoring quality and safety indicators, mentoring team members, supporting orientation and education, and ensuring adherence to hospital and regulatory standards. You will guide patient and family education, discharge planning, and transitions of care.
