Associate Director, Property Management - LIHTC Housing
The Bridge
The Bridge is seeking a Property Management leader in Manhattan, NY to oversee Leasing and Compliance teams and ensure accurate rent calculations and timely recertifications for LIHTC properties. You will coordinate with facilities, maintain software systems, and drive tenant engagement.
