Job Description:

• The IT Business Office/Asset Analyst is responsible for supporting financial and operational administrative processes within the IT Tech Ops tower.
• This role supports accurate budget administration, invoice processing, procurement, analysis and reporting to enable efficient IT operations and strategic decision-making.
• This position is critical for maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency within IT.
• It bridges technical teams and finance, ensuring on-time invoice submissions and alignment to financial forecast to actuals.

Top Three Technical Skills:

• Research and Analysis for RFP preparation.
• Budgeting/computational.
• Self-guided learning/research using tools like Co-pilot and pre-existing knowledge articles.

Years of Experience

• 3-5 year.

Software Skills and Purpose (if applicable):

• SAP VIM.
• Excel.
• Ariba Procurement & Guided Buying.
• ServiceNow request and ticket management.

Industry Experience:

• Telecom.
• Finance.
