CDL Class B Driver

Local CDL Class B Driver Heritage Landscape Supply is looking for a safety‑conscious, self‑motivated team player to join as a Local CDL Class B Driver. The role involves safely delivering products to customer sites or branch locations within a maximum radius of your home branch, with deliveries starting and ending at the branch. Overtime opportunities are available during busy seasons. Deliveries are not overnight and are confined to the local area. The driver is expected to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to DOT and FMCSA regulations. Primary Responsibilities Prioritize safety above all else Comply with all DOT regulations while operating a commercial vehicle Load, unload, and stage orders in a warehouse or job site environment Deliver to customer sites and branch locations, unloading products as needed Understand and adhere to the FMCSA regulations Perform additional related duties such as stocking, order entry, shipping, receiving, and more Maintain delivery, truck, and driving records by obtaining signed delivery receipts, recording tracking information, and completing driver log and truck performance forms Qualifications & Requirements Valid CDL License – Class B Safe driving record with no hit‑and‑runs or DWI/DUI convictions within the last three years; accidents or severe violations in the last year will be reviewed by HR and management Prior commercial driving experience and knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations is a plus Basic computer knowledge Forklift experience helpful (other truck experience e.g., Moffett) Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively Able to pass background check, pre‑employment drug test and DOT physical Job Location National Structure – Grand Island 3650 W. 13th St., Suite 1, Grand Island, NE 68803 Equal Employment Opportunity Heritage Landscape Supply Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
