TikTok Shop Manager (Jersey City)

We're a consumer products company that owns and manages a portfolio of nationally recognized brands, and we're aiming to reach $500 million in revenue this year. Our products cover e-mobility, consumer electronics, outdoor power equipment, lawn and garden, cleaning and more, with global operations.

We're looking for a hands-on TikTok Shop Manager to own our TikTok growth end to end: Shop operations, Live commerce, creator and affiliate programs, and paid performance. You know TikTok Shop inside and out! Seller Center, GMV Max, affiliate pipelines and Live. You turn performance data into clear insights, actions and measurable results.

You'll run our TikTok Shop day to day and grow it week over week. That means keeping the catalog healthy and converting, building a strong bench of creators and affiliates, running Live shows that sell, managing paid spend, and delivering a weekly executive report that shows what's working, what isn't and what we're doing next.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce a weekly executive report covering shop health, GMV, orders and traffic, affiliate performance, conversion by SKU, GMV Max and Live GMV Max results, CRM messaging and Live performance, with clear next steps.

• Own TikTok Shop catalog health, including listings, pricing, promotions, bundles, inventory readiness, shipping settings and product page conversion.

• Oversee daily shop operations, including order processing, fulfillment progress and accurate, on-time tracking updates.

• Monitor Account Health and Shop Performance Score, and fix issues quickly to keep the shop in good standing.

• Build and manage a hero SKU roadmap based on seasonality, inventory and creative readiness.

• Plan promotions such as coupons, Live deals and bundles, and make sure results are measured.

• Source, vet and manage creators and affiliates, and track the full pipeline from outreach to approvals, samples, content delivery and posting.

• Write creator briefs covering hooks, use cases, claims guardrails and competitor angles, and give clear, practical feedback on content.

• Negotiate rates and manage budgets for paid affiliates, and build a roster of creators on retainer with legal and marketing.

• Manage GMV Max and Live GMV Max campaigns, including budget pacing, ROAS, creative scaling and reallocation.

• Plan and run Live shows, including structure, pacing, product order, calls to action and compliant giveaways.

• Coordinate Live hosts, set refreshes and merchandising to keep shows fresh and lift conversion and GMV per hour.

• Run CRM and customer messaging campaigns, and test new audiences and offers.

• Work with operations and fulfillment to meet TikTok logistics requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of TikTok account management experience (brand, agency or operator), with hands-on TikTok Shop experience.

• Proven ability to build weekly executive reports with a clear story: insights, actions and expected impact.

• Strong command of TikTok metrics, including CTR, CVR, ROAS, TROAS, GMV, AOV, retention, creative performance and Live KPIs (GMV/hr, GPM).

• Experience running creator and affiliate programs end to end, including sourcing, vetting, samples, codes, deliverables and performance tracking.

• Strong operational skills, including inventory and merchandising coordination, promotion setup and product page conversion improvement.

• Clear writing for creator briefs, and direct, practical creative feedback.

• Home and garden, tools or consumer electronics category experience is a plus.

• Experience with ERP and fulfillment integrations and 3PL workflows is a plus.

• Experience building bundles and offers for TikTok Live is a plus.
