Automation Maintenance Technician
$30 - $35 per hourEmployee Workplace
Location: Leola, PA Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00/hour (Based on Experience & Education) Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Take your industrial automation career to the next level with a growing manufacturing company investing millions in facility upgrades and new technology. We're seeking a skilled Automation Maintenance Technician to support electrical systems, controls, PLCs, and automated equipment in a modern production environment. Job Duties Troubleshoot and repair industrial automation, electrical, and control systems Diagnose and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA-controlled equipment Troubleshoot 24V DC to 480V AC electrical systems Repair motors, sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs, servo systems, and starters Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues Support equipment installations, automation upgrades, startups, and commissioning Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Respond to equipment downtime and restore operations safely and efficiently Requirements Associate degree or technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Automation Technology, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred Minimum 3 years of industrial automation maintenance experience Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and ladder logic Strong electrical troubleshooting skills in industrial manufacturing environments Working knowledge of HMI, SCADA, controls, and industrial communication networks Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation Experience with electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Program Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
