Expected salary range of $162,000 to $180,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). This role is for a Manager Site Regulatory Assurance and is located in Middletown, PA at Crane Clean Energy Center (CEC). Primary Purpose Of Position Provide overall proactive management of the site regulatory assurance function and regulatory interface with respect to Clean Energy Center needs and regulatory requirements. Primary Duties And Accountabilities Provide overall management of the site regulatory assurance function and regulatory interface with respect to Clean Energy Center (CEC) needs and regulatory requirements. Manage the performance and development of site regulatory assurance personnel relative to site and corporate objectives and provide focus on the attainment of high-quality results. Work closely with other Site Regulatory Assurance Managers and Corporate Licensing Managers to ensure that support required from the assigned functions are provided competently, in accordance with prescribed standards and programs, efficiently, and on a timely and responsive basis. Fulfill managerial responsibilities regarding assigned staff (e.g., Employment, Development, compensation, Performance Evaluation, etc.) Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8 years of professional experience including related experience OR Current or previously licensed Senior Reactor Operator with 8 years of industry or related experience OR Associate's degree in a technical field and 10 years of industry or related experience OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of industry or related experience Effective written and oral communication skills Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a technical discipline or MBA preferred Team-driven experience in a matrixed environment is desired Knowledge of reactor systems (design, and function), Technical Specifications, Updated Final Safety Analysis Reports (UFSAR), and applicable portions of the Code of Federal Regulations preferred Previous SRO license/certification preferred Previous supervisory experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Exelon Generation
