Job Description RN/LPN Shift Supervisor – Millbury, MA. Balance Life & Work with a New Career Opportunity. Compensation: $45.78 to $45.90 per hour, based on experience, responsibilities, shifts and differentials. Key Responsibilities Day‑to‑day coordination and oversight of all nursing activities during the tour of duty. Ensure state, federal regulations, facility policies, and quality standards are met. Act as the administration representative in the absence of the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Administrator. Delegate administrative authority and accountability necessary to accomplish duties. Position Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or an accredited RN program preferred; alternatively a graduate of a licensed LPN/LVN program who is enrolled in an approved RN program and pursuing RN licensure. At least 1 year experience supervising in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related health care setting. Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care federal regulations.
